so here's the thing. 
grasshopper is my favorite dessert. ever.

not the animal- chocolate and mint. FAVORITE.
my birthday is coming up at the end of november.
i've decided, each week in november (probably the same day i dye my hair a ridiculous color each week ;))
im going to make a mint dessert!!!!

i hate cooking. i hate baking. its JUST. not my thing. at all. 
like, at all. cooking and gardening. boo.
 pretty much anything else in the world i'm interested in.
ok maybe not taxidermy. or entomology. or deep sea diving. ok you get the idea.

i'm going to become homey if it's the last thing i do, i swear.
so.... here are some things i'm considering making :) lots of brownies. lots of parfaits.

schmidt: check out my new thumb ring. its SO choice. got a sweet little skull on it. SO nectar...
nick: did you just make up 'nectar'?
schmidt: its a volley ball term...
