I woke up today in a super annoyed mood. 
This has been happening a lot lately. 
I have no clue why, I’m usually a happy person. 
Sigh. 

I feel bad for my friends and family for throwing off such an attitude lately, but I think I just need some space. 

I just don’t feel like I belong…anywhere? 
I’m either too young or too old. 
Maybe I’m just in a funk. 

My friend, Shelly facetimed me and told me  “sometimes you just have to smile and move on”. 

Due to the fact that her advice has always been the best I’ve ever had, I took it. 

I got out of bed, played my favorite song-the way you look tonight, got dressed, and put a smile on my face. 
Later on I went to buy myself a dress. I figured I deserved it. 
It’s good to treat yourself sometimes:) 

After shopping, I went to my sisters birthday party and spent some time with my favorite cousin. 
He gets me. 
Later I went to my friends house with my brother for a BBQ, that was fun.
 
So, all in all…..Shelly turned my day around. 
Her advice worked. 
Duh. 

Now I just have to figure how to balance out work, school, family, and friends. 
Meh. 

I wish I never had to grow up. 
Don’t get me wrong, I’m excited to see what God has planned for me, I just wish I knew now. 

All in all, today was not too shabby.

Also-my friends cat, Sandy decided to bite my hand today. RUDE. That was annoying. I knew I could never trust a cat.

my best friend had some new head shots taken,
and his agency wanted a smiling one.

he HATES smiling :)
i always make the excuse for him that it goes against everything his cold, dead, black heart tells him is natural...

he knows i'm a retouching wizard so he asked me to touch up his lines and shines a bit.
it needs to look NOT retouched because obviously when you book an actor, you book their real face.
he just asked me to "touch up the crows feet and wrinkles and stuff".... 
i don't know what a crows foot is but i smoothed out some wrinkles and brightened him up a bit.
something we ALL need done ;)

the outcome was pretty special i thought :) enjoy the boy <3

even with some early laugh lines he's still easily the most gorgeous person i know <3

i like the white background the most, but i thought i'd give him an option.
i think it came out looking like a toothpaste ad! YEAY JOHN!!!!! <3
